The Resident Fellow Council provides a forum for all residents and fellows at AGH to meet without the presence of administrators, faculty, or staff for the purpose of providing mutual support, engaging in resident/fellow-led initiatives and activities, sharing concerns, problem-solving together, and to submit the council's concerns and recommendations to GMEC and/or administration or designated staff liaison for action.

We strive to facilitate greater involvement and interdisciplinary collaboration of Residents & Fellows in decisions affecting our training and education at the Sponsoring Institution. Resident/Fellow input is crucial to ensuring a high quality educational experience that meets their needs and those of the medical profession.
